-Q: What exactly is Cart Cash?

-A: Cart Cash is a points program that lets you earn bonuses for shopping at any Foodfair.

-Q: How do the points work?

-A: You earn a point for every dollar that you spend, and once you reach 500 points, you can redeem those points for $5.00 towards almost anything in the store (alcohol and tobacco are the main exclusions.) We will also be running lots of specials where you can earn double and even triple points.

-Q: What if I have more than 500 points?

-A: Once you have at least 500, you can spend everything above that. For example, if you have 730 Cart Cash points, you can use it as $7.30 towards your order.

-Q: Do my points expire?

-A: Points expire six months from the time of issue.

-Q: What is Household Loyalty?

-A: Once you and your household members all have their own Cart Cash account, send an email to household@foodfairmarkets.com with the names and account numbers or use the Household form at https://www.foodfairmarkets.com and we will link them all together. All points earned will pool together and anyone in the household can redeem them!

-Q: What is Cart Cash VIP?

-A: Simply by giving us your email address and joining VIP, you will receive extra bonuses on top of earning points. You will receive our ad in your email every week. For early VIP members you will an extra coupon of $5.00 of any purchase of $50.00 or more (expires two weeks from activation.) You can also expect to see some Foodfair Freebies.

-Q: How do I sign up for Cart Cash?

-A: You can sign up through any register at any Foodfair store or through the Cart Cash form at https://www.foodfairmarkets.com.

-Q: Do I have to have my card with me to earn points?

-A: We provide the keytag as a convenience if you want it. Lots of people don’t want to carry them around, so you can also type in your phone number on the PINpad at checkout or your cashier can search for your account by name or phone number.

-Q: How can I check my balances?

-A: Your points balance is listed on the register after you add your account to any sale. Additionally, it is displayed at the bottom of all your receipts.

-Q: What do you do with my information? Are you selling it to marketing companies?

-A: Foodfair is using your email address to stay in touch with you, give you specials, and provide you a new way to receive our ad. We will never sell or share your personal information.

-Q: Isn’t this card just like other retailer’s cards?

-A: Other store card programs can become confusing and they force you to take the card in order to get reasonable prices. Foodfair is still giving our low prices possible to all customers. We want Cart Cash to be a simple to understand rewards program we can use to keep in touch with our customers electronically.
